Terms & Conditions

Deposit requirements:

We require 10% of the expected total bill or £1500 (whichever is greater) as a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. There may also been certain additional elements that will need paying along with the deposit (ie. theatre tickets, domestic UK flights, trains etc) which will be advised at the time of booking and will also be non-refundable. Upon receipt of the necessary deposit our staff will commence contracting services and paying local deposits, etc.

We require 30% of the expected total invoice three months prior to arrival.

Final balance will then be due six weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

If you cancel your booking between time of confirmation and three months prior to arrival you will lose the initial deposits as stated above.

Between three months and six weeks prior to arrival = a loss of 30% of the expected total.

Cancellation within six weeks will result in 100% cancellation fees.
